For a lodging package you will need a minimum of 4. With a minimum of 12, you get your own private accommodations.
With fewer than 6 people you will likely be paired with another group. If you have 8 or more, you will have the option of hunting privately. It is always recommended to do as suggested.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve any date on our calendar. This deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in is after 3 PM the day before your hunt. Departure is no later than 1 PM after your last scheduled hunt.
Linens, cookware, full kitchen amenities, soap, shampoo, and towels. Just bring your personal care items (toothbrush, razor, shave cream, and the like).
No, meals are not provided, but we provide everything you could need to prep meals. We are located 10 miles west of Wichita Falls (population 110,000), so you can be at just about any chain restaurant very quickly.
Hunting licenses should be purchased after check-in. We hunt both Texas and Oklahoma and scout daily, so we don't want you to spend any more money than necessary.
The short answer is no. We seldom need waders to hunt the private land we have access to. That said, it never hurts to bring them so we are not limited as we scout daily.
Most people fly into DFW, but we also have a municipal airport here in Wichita Falls. You will need a rental car or other transportation; we do not offer a shuttle service to and from airports.
